Jimmy tang, huynh, also known as p2t online, (born March 27, 2000), is an Asian-American filmmaker, creator, and artist. He is the founder of Second Brain, a film production company dedicated to transforming imaginative ideas into visual realities.

Early Life and Education

Born in Seattle, Washington, to a Vietnamese and Chinese immigrant family, P2T was shaped by the challenges of growing up in poverty. This experience instilled a strong work ethic and desire to pursue opportunities beyond his circumstances. A love for horror films and storytelling took root early, leading P2T to film his own experiences and explore visual narratives, often influenced by the horror genre’s unique storytelling style.

P2T attended the University of Washington, Seattle, graduating in 2022 with a double Bachelor of Arts in Law, Societies, and Justice, and Philosophy, along with a minor in Political Science. Recognized for his academic excellence, he made the Dean's List for three out of his four years. Though his studies were law-focused, he nurtured his filmmaking passion by taking online courses that delved into industry programs and techniques.

Career and Second Brain

Though he had a strong foundation in law, P2T’s passion for visual storytelling led him to pursue a career in film. At age 24, he established Second Brain, which started as a personal filmmaking project. Initially, P2T created videos independently, using a cinematic lens to transform everyday moments into compelling stories. This laid the groundwork for Second Brain’s evolution from a solo endeavor into a full-fledged production company.

Second Brain’s mission is to push the boundaries of storytelling, bringing imaginative concepts to life on screen. Inspired by modern cinematographers and directors such as Greig Fraser, P2T’s work is characterized by complex narratives and innovative cinematography. Now a growing company, Second Brain aims to be a collaborative platform for like-minded creatives, aspiring to bring not only P2T's visions but also the ideas of others to visual realization.
